Review content:
Tom Woods Paving resurfaced my driveway September 2006 and extended its width by 3 feet. Ten months later (August 2007), the driveway extension has settled and the driveway has split nearly its entire length. I attempted to call Mr. Woods beginning mid-August and continued to call for three weeks following. No return phone calls wee received. On two occasions during the 3-week period, Mr. Woods picked up the phone and scheduled meetings to look at the driveway and neither time he showed up. On another two occasions, a woman picked up the phone and said that ""someone"" (Mr. Woods) would return the call. No calls have been received at home or on two cell phones. Pros: Timely with first time job; excellent work for period of time. Cons: Poor customer serivce; workmanship not guaranteed.
