Review content:
I hired Tidy Maids to clean my house before a family function. I heard a loud crash upstairs and thought the had dropped the vacuum cleaner. After they left, I noticed they had broken my medicine cabinet. Even more, the shelf had dropped into the sink and cracked the surface of the porcelain in 3 places. Since this was a newly renovated bathroom, I called and left a message for the manager to please return my call. I left this message 3 times, and no call was returned. When I finally reached the manager, he screamed at me on the phone, refused to listen to me, and hung up on me. Do not use this service!
Pros: The cleaning ladies were nice and quick
Cons: They broke my sink, refused to fix it, and were extremely unprofessional on the phone.
