I am wanting to warn people about this company.
I worked 3 days at alliance data & suffered an injury(tendenitis) & got released because tailored management wanted me to take off the weekend. Karlee Baughman Notified me not to go into work for the weekend to furthur rest my wrist injury, She did not notify Alliance Data about my absence & I lost my job because my supervisor thought I was a no call no show for the weekend. They have not tried to get my job back or position me elsewhere instead they keep giving me the run around through emails & avoiding my calls. I did recieve a call from the president Brad Beach & he stated they were trying to reach alliance data about my return and that was the beginning of the week & have not heard anything since. This company is very unprofessional & uses emails more than the phone to avoid situations & they completely lack comunication skills.
