Dear Mr. Corrigan and Mr. Lorden,
I would like to share with you the wonderful loan experience I had with your Sr. Loan Officer, Lee Pearson out of RFC's Tampa, Florida office.
Lee worked tirelessly to make my loan happen right from the start. Mine was not a cut and dry situation, and the extra effort and due diligence Lee provided truly made all the difference in making it a VERY positive outcome for me. Lee was always a TRUE PROFESSIONAL, while at the same time having a very down-to-earth approach that was not intimidating, making him very easy to talk with. He was available for my calls at all times, much of that being between the hours of 6pm-10pm (I was very grateful for this, because I work at a day job that provides very little tolerance for non-work-related phone calls). Lee ALWAYS kept the lines of communication open throughout the loan process, answering ALL questions and concerns I had in a very prompt and efficient manner. Lee was straightforward about everything, and as a result of realistic expectations being set in place early on, there were no surprises.
I can't thank Lee enough for the fantastic service he provided. Lee put me at ease from the get go and treated me like a good friend. THANK YOU so much Lee!!! I will definitely be recommending Lee Pearson and Residential Finance Corporation to my friends and family!!!
