The owner, E J Song, goes above and beyond to make sure her customers come back!
She helped me weight and measure my 14 boxes twice with out treating me like a burden. I had her pack 4 picture frames to be shipped to Dubai, UAE and she did an amazing job. E J also went above by making sure my already packed boxes were packed properly. Of course they were not so she added plastic and any needed padding.
The pricing for the amount of work she did was way below what I would expect. Especially since I could not promise her my business with shipping the boxes.
She fully packaged 4 Picture frames and re-packed and taped 12 other boxes for $100. She earns her business and in a time where customer service is thrown to the side she will impress you.
