Review content:
We had a party of 6 who met up for breakfast at Randall's mid-morning on a Sunday. The food was very good and the service was what you would expect for a busy Sunday breakfast, pleasant and courteous but slow. We waited about 15 minutes to place our order and about 20 for the food. Within 10 minutes or less of finishing our breakfast, while in the middle of a coversation, the manager / owner approached and asked if he could have our table because it was starting to get busy. We were flabbergasted, no one at the table had ever had this experience at a restaurant before. We did notice several people gathering at the door but there were also three empty tables and a couple of empty booths around us as well. When people gather at a restaurant for a meal, it is as much about enjoying the company as it is about enjoying the meal and I expect management to ackowledge and honor that. In our case, this was a final family gathering with out of town grandparents and we were enjoying our time together. Knowing this establishment does not value it's customers will prevent me from recomending them to others in the future as I have done so many times in the past.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Do not value customers
