Review content:
I contracted with Innovative Chimney to install a 7 inch liner in my house. They installed a 6 inch liner with substandard work. I have spoken with Desiree Yeamans on 3 occasions and left nine messages. The company now refuses to take my calls and will not correct their sub-standard and dangerous work (potential for possible CO poisoning). I have now contracted with another company to replace the liner at a cost of $2,500 and I am now taking steps to sue Innovative chimney in court. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company. They also list themselves as A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau but their actual rating with the Better Business Bureau is F (worst rating possible). They appear to be a two person company (John and Desiree Yeamans) but present themselves as much larger. I will see them in court shortly.
