If I could give this guy a negative 10 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for Friday, July2nd, I took the day off work, and out of respect for Affortable's time I sent workers home early so I could clean up and have a nice fresh bathroom for Affordable workers... and 30 minutes after scheduled time, with no show/no call, I called Dave. He said something about a water leak and he was at Home Depot and would be a couple of hours.. fine. I asked him ""but you will definitely be here today - and if something changes, you will call me, right?"" He said yes. I also told him I was expecting 60 - 70 people for a BBQ Sunday so I had to have things relatively on schedule. Well, by 7PM - no show/no call, and he didn't answer or return my call. I lost an entire day of not only my time, but of the time I needed from my contractors. The following Tuesday he left a message asking if I wanted to reschedule. Amazing! I called him back and tried to explain how much inconvenience he added to my weekend. He apologized and offered $50 off. I told him I'd need to check with my boyfriend and before I could call him back, Dave called and said he'll ""pass"" on the job because he was uncomfortable. Okay, really? What an unprofessional person. Don't use this guy if you're looking for someone with a responsible, honest nature. He didn't even take responsibility for simply not calling me back. That's all it would have taken. One simple phone call and I could have made different arrangements.
