Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of choice in the funeral home do to the very unexpected death of a loved one. The owner was very accomodating and reasonable with cost at first. However, as the memorial service day came, mistakes began. A janitor answered the phone and caused havoc with relatives and misinformation, information from relatives were not given to us in a timely manner, funeral information was misprinted in the paper, and mistakes continued through the very rushed grave site funeral where we were almost shoved out of the way while they quickly lowed our loved one and drove in the bulldozer before we could get to our cars . The whole thing ended up being much more stressful than it already was and continued with the death certificate. No one in my family will use this funeral home or the cemetary again. The one good thing is that our loved one did look very nice, which is comforting to us.
