Wow, I called Ambler right before Christmas needing help with putting together a gift basket for my boss. I was wanting a gift basket that was out of their standard guidelines and figured they would turn me away. Not the case. Their attention to customer service was amazing. Before telling me no, I was transferred to their store manager Gene to see if he could help accommodate my gift idea. Gene went completely out of his way to help me and the pricing he charged was more than fair (in fact I was worried that he didn't charge me enough). He even allowed me to email him the wording for a card that he hand wrote for me. When my boss received the gift basket he called and raved about it, telling me how over the top it was! (obviously this is what I was hoping for the most!) Afterwards, Gene even followed up with me by email to let me know that it got delivered. I would recommend Ambler to everyone! If you are considering sending a gift basket to someone you'd be crazy not to use these guys!
