My suggestion is buy your dresses elsewhere! I was fooled by the impressive website and sales rep who worked with me the day I bought my dress, but I was upset to hear she was no longer employeed at MB Bride when my dress arrived. All I asked was for a point of contact so I didn't have to explain who I was every time I called, for someone to let me know when our dresses arrived, etc.
