I thought MB Bride was fantastic. I went to MB Bride on Sunday after a disastrous experience at another bridal store in the Pittsburgh area. Lisa, my consultant, was awesome. She helped me with customizations to place through the manufacturer and the Manager, Debbie, was on hand to assist with measurements and checked in toward the end of my appointment to approve the design to ensure that the description aptly described the details of the wedding gown. My consultant spent a ton of time with me, i.e., I was there from 12:00 until 3:15 p.m., and she was excited about helping me customize the gown as was the Manager, Debbie. The service was great. The store placed my order to the Manufacturer the very next day and called me to let me know the customizations had been approved and that they would be in touch every step of the way so that I would be involved in the process. MB Bride knew that after my bad experience at another store, I just wanted to go some place where the staff would be nice to me and be excited for me. I can't say enough nice things about MB Bride.
