Having arrived at an engagement to find it canceled, my partner and I decided to head to Riccardo's, as we've been meaning to try what we've heard is wonderful food... our expectations were surpassed. First, the ambience was perfect. Not a trace of pretension, very relaxed and quiet, but not funereal. We lingered over our meal for two hours, and were never hurried. Now, the meal. This was beyond excellent, and there's not enough space to go into the Filet Mignon, Ravioli, the sides and our desert (La Diva, Peanut Butter Pie). Having been told about the steak beforehand, I will agree. It was the best I've ever had. Our night was sublime.
