I just have to say that, United Finance sucks. I went to refinance my cars through another company and, I asked United Finance for a thirty day payoff and found out even though my payments have been on time for two years, they added three payments to my payoff. That means, I paid an extra $858 to pay off my loan. Who are they in business for? It seems they are in business for themselves, not the customer. So much for being rewarded for paying off three loans through them and being penalized for loyalty. I will make sure I never do business and tell everyone I get a chance of how shitty I was treated.
