Review content:
Whatever you do, in Brighton go to the Verizon Store across from Target. They are a corporate store. I suggest you do not go to Cellular or More at 8712 W. Grand River Ave next to Walgreens. We had a phone issue and Cellular & More lied to us, were not willing to work with us and seemed nonchalant about the fact that we have been customers since 1977. The Verizon store at 8159 Challis across from Target worked with us and between them and corporate, our issue was resolved. Verizon is great, Cellular & More are concerned about one thing, sales. Service is interrupting their day. Specifically Christopher Singleton who waited on us on a Sunday morning and while we were at his desk, he kept texting and staring at hi s phone.
