Had a great experience using them, I had the same LCD checked out by another company here in Livingston County, The other company charged a rather large deposit that was non refundable and after a month told me parts were not available. Brighton TV charged 25.00 deposit called me 3 days later gave an estimate and repaired my set. Before I wrote this I waited to make sure (over 6 weeks) that my TV kept working, and it still looks great. Very happy with my service and can not understand why there are not any comments on here about how bad service is really is from other shops...AMAZED
