so i'm generally pretty easy going, but when i leave THREE voice mails over a nine day period and the pharmacy faxes the request TWICE and nothing happens i get upset. the office never picks up the phone and you have to continually leave message, when i finally got a real person she said they have been having phone problems since october...i'm sorry, how long? your a doctors office and no one can reach you via phone or fax and apparently that also means you can't access your voice mail because they never called me back. i told them they could cancel the appointment and i will be requesting my very small medical chart from the couple of times i went there and taking my insurance elsewhere. if you are having issues with your phone lines i suggest you change your voice mail to state that so people are aware of the problem. and again, how is it possible to have phone issues for FOUR months! i have been a receptionist at a doctors office and that would never happen, ever. Pros: nothing Cons: poor office management
