I had an appointment today at 1240. I arrived at about 1235 and I had never been there before and didn't know where to go. (It's a large complex) So I called the office and got the answering machine that stated that they were closed from 1230-130. How can this be? I have an appt at 1240. I thought maybe I got the time wrong so I called back at 130. The receptionist told me that I was correct.....my appt was at 1230. I asked how come they didn't answer there phone. She replied that they don't answer thier phones during lunch. I told her that if they don't answer their phones how can someone get directions? She said that she could schedule me for another appt and not charge me the no show fee. I responded that I would not be needing to reschedule and that I would go elsewhere. It's just weird that they can schedule appt's during their ""lunch hour"" and then not answer the phones when people are calling for directions. Needless to say....they don't care about thier patients.
