These guys are awful. I called them out to diagnose my AC that went out. The diagnosis was that i needed a entire new unit. They could replace it for $1000. There were mud-dobbers nests in the capacitor area on the AC. They said that they caused it to short out. However they did not even clean the nests out. I am not sure what test they did to determine the damage. I have an older camper so i wasn't sure i wanted to put that kind of money into it. I decided to research it a bit more. I found that the starter relay on these coleman AC units go out quite frequently. I decided to try it out. $44 dollars later and my unit is work good as new. I have called these guys back, but they do not return my call. I would not recommend these guys to anyone unless you just want pay for a new replacement instead of a fix.
