Review content:
Customer service has become a a by product of the past for most companies and service related industries. Robinson's, however is the acception to this unfortunate reality. Laurie did a fantastic job from start to finish. She was curtious, timely, flexible to my needs and ultimately provided a flower arrangement that sparked compliments noteworthy of praise. Living in Atlanta, but growing up in Simsbury it can be hard to find the right florist for special occasions. I will use Robisnons in the future and gladly recommend them to all others who seek quality and genuine ""old fashioned"" customer service! Well done.
