Review content:
When it was time for an AC cleaning/ maintenance check, I called Huffman & Son. I left a message and didn't hear back, so after a day or 2, I called again and mentioned I had left a previous message. I did get a call back this time, but was told they were very busy but would try to ""fit me in"" the next day. I left them both my home and cell phone #s in case they called and I wasn't at home. They never called. I called again, and again was told they would try to fit me in the next when they had time. I asked if it was possible to make an appt. rather than just an assurance that I would be squeezed in. They called back one more time and said they would definitely call me with a time the next day. Again I waited for a call which never came. I called again and left a message (somewhat irate this time) saying if I didn't hear back, I would have to find someone else. Guess what? They never returned that call. So if you feel like being blown, off, give them a call!
