Review content:
Wow, nice disparity between 1's and 5's. Either you love these folks or you feel like second class citizens when you visit. I have actually only done business with Jensen arms only once, but have attempted on three additional occasions. My first experience here was for an FFL transaction on a rifle that I purchased online and chose Jensen Arms as the delivery location. Man, it was if I stole food out of their child's mouth! The person I dealt with during the paperwork process tried to lay a huge guilt trip on me for not purchasing the rifle through them.
The next three times that I tried to do business with these folks it was if I was invisible. I understand being busy with a customer and having to wait one's turn. But the vibe these people give off is one of arrogance and superiority. After waiting my turn for fifteen or twenty minutes without so much as a glance in my direction or a, ""someone will be with you shortly"", I departed empty handed, angry and disgruntled.
Seriously, does this place do that much business with the handful of people who rate them so highly that they can treat so many others so rudely? Maybe so, but they'll never get another dime out of my pocket and hopefully get the message from all the lost revenue from all the others who rated them so poorly. The free market in action is a beautiful thing.
