This is simply the best gun store in Northern Colorado. I went in there for the first time a couple of years ago with no experience at all with guns. I was treated great and Bob and his team have taken the time to teach me a lot - even when the store is packed - about guns. As far as I'm concerned, that's top customer service.
Do you have to wait some times for a sales person? Yes, it's a busy shop. But why complain? You're in a gun store, not waiting in line at the DMV. Any time I have an excuse to stay in a gun store longer is OK with me.
Over the 2 years I've bought traded guns and even returned a shotgun I bought there because it didn't fit quite right. No complaints. Happy to take it back. Try that at some other stores.
They have the best prices too, beating other stores by a mile. And no matter what, I always felt I was getting a fair deal and that no one was trying to get me to buy something i didn't need or want.
I can't even understand some of the complaints I've read in these reviews. What do Bob's political views have to do with anything? It's not like he's handing out pamphlets and standing on a soap box. And does it really surprise anyone that a gun store owner has a conservative political stance?
Keep up the good work is what I say to this shop.
