Review content:
This is, far and away, our favorite restaurant in Vail. Menu continues to change and evolve. While proprietor Michael Glennon is most definitely an accomplished (and recognized) chef, and the entrees are very creative, they are yet not ""too cheffy,"" which can become tiresome in the valley. Attentive staff, which seems to have little turnover - definitely a good sign. Michael's seared tuna is deservedly the star of the kitchen, but don't overlook any of the entrees, particularly the barbecue chicken with the ""kick ass"" barbecue sauce. Excellent, reasonably-priced (and awarded) wine list. You owe it to yourself to try ""Wine on Wednesday"" during the summer. Gee, writing this review, I may drive back to Colorado..... Pros: reasonably priced, easy parking, great service
