I have read some bad reviews on this store here and my experience with them is just the opposite. I have visited the store 4 times over the last 2 years. On one visit I bought 2 Glocks and on another visit I bought a Remington tactical shotgun. Every time I have been in the store I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to answer my questions because they are usually very busy - but when it's my turn, they treated me with respect and they answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) thoroughly and candidly. I bought the guns from them because they gave me enough information to make an educated buying decision and their prices were better than any other local gun store. And, I would like to add that during my visits there, I never saw anyone being treated rudely.
