The worst. Our property fell into a state of disrepair. A hole in the deck was not taken care of even though it was reported to Crystal property management numerous times. It wasn't until a repair man fell into it up to his groin that something was done-- Crystal Properties had someone NAIL a board over it -- not fix it.
Pros: It is located in Glenwood Springs
Cons: Our property fell into ruin under their care.
