Review content:
The office staff did a poor job of confirming insurance coverage. At first I needed to pay 1,200. Now they want another 1,200 (and I have duel insurance!). Sadly, if I had only used one insurance, my total out of pocket would have only been $500.
Bottom line, they want to make the most money possible without regard to what the secondary insurance says is the agreed upon rates Rollins & Peterson has contracted with them.
Beautiful offices, nice staff. But you pay for the looks of the office by how they conduct their billing practices.
