Review content:
Greetings all who are searching a bankruptcy or mortgage attorney.
I just want to be candid and forth-right with my rating of 1 star. Specifically upon hiring Mr. Rudick as a bankruptcy attorney.
Mr. Rudick was hired by my husband and I in September 2011. It is now April 26, 2012. My husband placed over 30 phone calls to Mr. Rudick asking for a status of our bankruptcy. Mr. Rudick used the same excuses of ""I'm in the car"", ""I'm in court"", ""That information is at the office"", ""I'll call you with all the details when I get in the office"" and ""My associate has been working on that""over and over again.
I called another attorney today. The attorney informed my husband and I that our case had not yet been filed by Mr. Rudick. This new counsel also stated that we should have had to sign 50 times to get the case. (we signed one document together the day we hired Mr. Rudick).
Our point is that if you want to hire an attorney, and perhaps Mr. Rudick was referred (which I doubt) please consider our story. With a family of seven and as Christians, we put faith into Mr. Rudick over and over however, he has failed us. We are going to his office this evening to ask for a refund of the $1000.00 we paid him 7 months ago.
