I didn't want to do this as I used to love going to Billy's for outdoor dining but, I have had my last bad service experience here. Each time we go it's a hassle. They are quite rude and always make you feel like they are doing you a big favor. It was a Sunday around 1:00 and the bartender girl was mixing drinks for her friends who seemed very intoxicated. My wife and I stood there waiting for someone to talk to us about sitting outside. The restaurant was empty other than a few tables. After standing and waiting for about 5-10 minutes and multiple waitresses passed us by, we finally flagged down the 'busy"" bartender and she seemed really bothered that we asked her for a table outside. She said that she would have to wipe a table down for us if we wanted to sit outside. We said ok and she went back to taking more drink orders from the people sitting at the bar. We decided at that point we would go elsewhere for better service. I really don't know how a place like this stays in business with bad service... This was the 4th time we had a bad experience with the staff. I am not alone on this as I have had multiple conversations about this with many of my friends. Good bye billie!
