Review content:
I've had multiple garments tailored at Ruth E's and she has done shoddy work on numerous occasions. Of course, she blamed the mistakes on her staff or blamed me because the garment was made outside of the U.S. Wake up Ruth- most clothes are made outsides of the states. If you are half as skilled as you insist on telling your customers, you should not have any problems with garments that come your way. She has an incredible air of self-importance and will not be flexible to meet the customer's needs. Aside from that- she is the most expensive shop in town. I found myself a new tailor in a hurry. Stay away!
Pros: The mistake-free work was done as requested.
Cons: parking, long wait, expensive, poor customer service, little flexibility for client requests
