Do not let Steve fool you. Comes off as very nice when SELLING you. After you are sold, you will not even get return calls....I spent over 100K a couple of years ago on an outdoor bar, hot tub, landscaping, grill, and pool with all of the ginger bread.....the grill is horrible, and I had to pay somebody to come in after wards to connect it CORRECTLY so that it even heats to a temperature to sear meats......the hot tub never worked right and finally i sold it rather than continue to have it break......they are supposed to service the pool and I have paid them to open and close it every year, but no longer. I call multiple times with no return calls......the design of what they did was great, but the actual items themself are subpar, and the follow up is ineffective.........I am no longer even going to allow them to open and close the pool, there are plenty of pool places that i am sure can deliver better service.
