The most important thing about a beauty salon is how they style your hair, and Headliners has a staff of skilled hairdressers that do a superb job--particularly Anita, the owner. But there is much more to the fun of getting your hair done than just the cut. Headliners gives you an enjoyable experience too. You walk into a light, airy studio decked with windows, that looks as charming as a cottage from the outside and comfortable but professional on the inside. Then there is pleasant chatter while your hair is being styled, and the satisfaction of a hairstyle that is great at a minimum and more often just amazing. You leave feeling pretty and buoyed up by the enjoyable ambiance and the conversation. I tried quite a few hairdressers before I found Anita, and now I haven't gone anywhere else in many years, because I'm always satisfied with my haircut and the homey but spa-like experience there. The stylists are expert with everything from baby boomer hairstyles to the latest hip ones, although most of their clientele is over 30. After having had haircuts from stylists elsewhere that reduced me to tears, I have no intention of leaving a good thing now that I've found it, and I wouldn't trade the enjoyable conversations either. I highly recommend Headliners and refuse to trust my hair to anyone else.
