Worst property management company in KFalls!! We rented from First Choice for a year and a half. They never told the homeowner when things broke, pipes froze, or work needed done, we ended up having to work directly with the homeowner to get maintenance done ourselves. When we moved out we got hammered with cleaning fees from them. We had six people cleaning for 9 hours till the house was spotless! They claimed we didn?t do anything!?! I involved my lawyer and they were still being stubborn. We are now at the point of having to take them to court over their stupidity and arrogance. I don?t want anybody else to go through this or be taken advantage of and ripped off like we were. Renters and homeowners beware!!
Pros: Easy to get into, and cheap
Cons: Kiss your security deposit goodbye!
