If you're over 50, you may be thinking about retirement (or how to prepare), trying to find work or wanting to give back with some of your free time. Life by Design NW is a nonprofit that enables people to do all three, while finding out more about themselves.
One of their best classes is Discover, Design and Engage. Participants find out more about themselves with some assessment tools, design an action plan and then engage with other classmates on that plan.
