Service has gone downhill. They need someone to come in and train these people how to do their jobs... If you are going to provide a service... DO IT RIGHT! YOU DON'T ARMORALL THE TIRES, WIPE THE WHEELS DOWN.. THEN USE THE SAME TOWEL TO CONTINUE TO DRY A BLACK CAR! C'mon really?! Also, why would you worry about the windows while the wet car is getting water spots baked into it?! GEEZ!! LET'S GET SERIOUS! Take pride in what you do! Apply a process that allows you to stand out from the rest! ...AND ALL YOU CHEAP A$$E$ THAT DON'T TIP: Do not ruin it for the people that do! These people do not make anything without tips! I know because I did this job in highschool! They're $4.00 an hour mentallity is WHY PUT FORTH THE EFFORT IF IT WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED BY BEING OFFERED A TIP!?! It's a shame because the place has the traffic.. and will probably get more if small steps are taken to provide a better service.. $$$$$ WILL COME WITH EXCELLENCE!
