Businiess name:  Sharonville Car Wash

Review content:
I have been going to this car wash for years. I have always given them another chance after previous damage they cause to my meticulous and expensive cars and go back. I can go a few times and not have a problem, then have a horrible experience. After today I'm swearing off of them for good! First they use multiple people to drive your car onto the rack which is where problems start. Some of the people are careless and will scratch your wheels. Not small scratches BIG scuffs all the way around. Then sometimes they don't have it on the track properly causing undo harm to your vehicle. They use FILTHY rags/towels at the end of car wash service. Today was it for me. I took my brand new 6 day old BMW through and the guy majorly scratch it with his dirty towel. If you must use an automatic car wash in Cincinnati go to Rainbow. They don't get the car as clean as Sharonville but they train their people how to operate and care for your car so that damage like I've experienced on numerous occassions over the years at Sharonville won't happen. They also have only one person driving cars onto the rack. I've lost $$$$$ in damaged wheels at Sharonville as well as undo harm to cars from not being put correctly on the track during to this simple task. Also if you must go to Sharonville for convenience look for someone familiar and request that person. Today I had a new guy (tall a little over weight). Avoid him for sure! It's so bad it's almost like he scratched my car intentionally. I've never written a review and usually keep quiet when I receive poor service but this is abusive, wreckless, and careless. They should have a big WARNING sign. I'm so mad at myself for going back! That was it! Oh and on top of it all they're extremely SLOW. They are flustered if they have more than a couple customers at one time. I'm so sick of the abuse I've taken from Sharonville car wash. As much as I enjoy having a clean car it just isn't worth it for me anymore going there. I'm very upset. Pros: Conveinent but NOT worth it Cons: Careless employees, Costly damage, Slow,
