Review content:
I only contacted the store by phone and the woman who answered was very annoyed sounding. She acted like I completely bothered her and had a very rude tone. I only was asking quetions about having furniture delivered to cincinnati and was checking prices and she answered them in a way that was not professional and like I must be out of mind at how far it was from hamilton to cincy. Such poor customer service on the phone I wont ever go to the store to deal with them.
