ive looked around at a lot of places for a car, and reading all the good reviews on this place i figured id try it out. I found a little focus that seemed like a good car, and the guys told me they would have it fixed up and looked at before they let me drive off with it. Yeah well they didnt. The third day i had this car the transmission started acting screwy, so they took it to the transmission center in salinas, where they kept it for almost 2 weeks before deciding to rebuild my transmission, which they only gave me a 90 day guarantee on. They never felt the need to call me back and let me know the progress, so i had to call THEM every day, and they were very rude. Then i took it in for a tune up only 2 months later and the guy told me that my transmission is still messed up, and hasnt been rebuilt at all, only slightly patched up. I absolutely hate this place and if i could, id give them a negative 5 star. Dont bother.
