Review content:
I purchased a puppy at Jack's and he's simply wonderful; catch is, as soon as we got him home from Jack's he was throwing up worms, and had tapeworms in his stools. They were even crawling out of his rear-end. I took him to the vet because of the above symptoms, and when I called Jack's back they only wanted to give me a refund on the price of the medication to treat the tapeworms. According to the contract they are required to refund ALL veterinary expenses for a previous diagnosis/condition that developed before purchase as long as it does not exceed puppy price. I shouldn't have to argue with them about why they need to pay for a fecal float to rule out parasites or why they need to pay for the vet bill.
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Very unexperienced staff and SICK animals
