We had been searching for a runner in keeping with the modern furniture we purchased at a well known and very pricy store. We were shocked at the price they quoted for a simple runner. While driving through Paramus, we decided to stop in a carpet store for the purpose of price comparison. WOW!! We went to G. Fried and were greeted by a carpet expert. We explained our dilemma. He showed us a large selection of top quality carpets. We found one that we loved. The kicker.. it was less than half the price and was installed more than a week before the high priced store promised.
