Buyer Beware! One star is much too generous for Mark Martin, the owner of Sunset Sign Designs. A minus 5 star rating is needed here. I wish I had seen Chance Boren's review from 2009 as I started doing business with this thief Mark Martin in the summer of 2009. Paid him for 2 fascia signs totalling over $16,000. Problem I ran into was on the third sign, where I paid $4,000 up front at half owed. We have tried to recover the money, tried just getting our product but this thief is full of nothing but excuses and lies. The best one is I didn't get any of your message on my cell phone. Really? My friend called you that same hour and left you a message and you returned his call! Everyone in the sign industry knows Mark Martin and his reputation. He steals from Peter to pay Paul(or his vendors). Idiot scum! We went to small claims court and mediated the problem through arbitration and this thief still didn't provide me with a fascia sign as promised. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP! He has just bought a $400,000 house in Norco and has moved his shop there. Mark even had the gall to tell me about this 1/2 acre house he was buying while he stole $4,000 from my business. Listen, there are other legitimate businesses around such as Hi-Sign in Placentia/Brea and Sunset Signs and Printing out of Yorba Linda. This loser Mark Martin will get what's coming to him one day and have no one to blame but himself for being such a scumbag crook! Charles
