Yes the economy is bad but that does not mean it is time to take advantage of the people who have supported you for so many years!!! I am sorry to say that Bernies has resorted to price gauging and ripping off the locals of Clark!!! Charging over 400$ for a part I can buy for under 50$ ( that did not include install) It is so sad that a trusted buisness in our community would betray that trust for personal gain!!! We came to Bernies because we thought we could trust them! WE WERE WRONG!!!! So sad !!! Just because a woman is older and sweet does not mean she is stupid and computer illiterate!!! And yes, the seniors of Clark have children who can look things up for them! Yes, I understand there is a mark up on parts, but a 50$ part for over 400$ seems a little much!!! And then the instalation charge on top of that! I am just saddened to see your buisness turn on the people who made you who you are!!!
