I have been going to Chops and never had a bad experience at anytime with the food, service, or hospitality. I can't believe that anyone could have had the bad experience mentioned below. Face it, it sounds like a bad experience happened before they got to Chops. I have dined at Chops dozens of times with my wife, and friends, and never, heard a negative comment about anything. Never once did any waiter ask the men first for their drink order, let alone forget the women at the table. The only people you may have to track down would be Alex and Justin as they make their rounds to see if there is anything more than can do for you. This is place you want to be. My wife and I have never had a bad meal or experience here. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE EXPERIENCE OF DINNING AT CHOPS.
