Review content:
The Wine Down is the most romantic place to have a good meal. The ambiance of the restaurant could not be matched, with the exception of a Tuscan villa at sunset by the sea. The menu is a complex infusion of the Pacific Northwest's trademark ingredients. Live jazz guitar, candlelight and a quality bottle of wine at a reasonable price. The staff is delightful and personable. It truly is a unique experience that could only be found in Portland. I would recommend the Wine Down to anyone who wants to have a wonderfully romantic experience at a reasonable price.
