Review content:
Decour is cozy. Dim, calm, kind atmosphere. They know wine, and my favorite, ports. Have had three of their deserts, all top shelf, though they keep them down low for you to drool over. A very friendly, un pretensious place. Had a number of their apetizers and dinners also, never walked away with any regrets. The diablo is especially homey and hardy, yum.
