Review content:
Expect a bit of good and bad at Cosmos. Firstly, sharpen your orienteering skills to get from the parking ramp to the establishment its a long uncharted trip. Thats ok (can be a bit fun), but ready yourself for the great traditional Twin City frustration: The Dimwitted Hostess. Once youre done doing her job, dont expect any real service in the bar area unless youre bellying-up. Five people is too many for the dining room: two tables had to be unsophisticatedly pulled together. However, nothing will prepare you for the eating experience, where Cosmos food and service will literally overwhelm and astound you like no other. The best food Ive eaten anywhere in MPLS (foie gras that stunned me, chicken breast that I thought was new food). Who cares about price when its this defining?!? Conclusion: decorous space serving flawless food just get to the dining room.
Pros: astonishing food, astonishing food, astonishing food
Cons: drink prices, hostess(s), bar service
