Gary Sinai was referred to us by our Real Estate Agent. We found a beautiful hillside home that we really, really wanted but it had significant foundation issues. Our agent said that Sinai Construction specializes in foundation work. They came right out and gave us an estimate the same day. Some of the work needed structural engineering and a soils analysis. Sinai took care of all of the engineering and was able to begin work in just a few weeks (after permit processing) at a very competitive price! They did the work steadily until it was finished and cleaned up as they went. We really appreciated that because the parking is really limited. Now we feel safe against earthquakes in our new home. We were very pleased with this construction company and will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in foundation work.
Pros: Gets the job done fast. Customer friendly and professional.
Cons: No problems encountered.
