Review content:
I have hired Sinai Construction to replace a section of my foundation and to seismically retrofit the remaining foundation. Out of the three companies that I called they have done the most thorough inspection and presented me with a proposal where everything was broken down which allowed me to easily compare their scope of work and feel that I was getting the most for my money.
On the first day of work Armando the crew leader together with Chon have discussed with me what to expect and checked where would they would be able to store their tools material etc.
Their crew was extremely polite and professional throughout their time on my property. The only small hitch happened when one day coming from work I found out that I had no hot water. I had called Shawn the supervisor who within 30 minutes was at my house. He reset my auto gas shutoff which was triggered due to work done and relit my auto pilots inside the house.
At the end of the job I requested and received photos of all work performed on my foundation which made feel really good. I would highly recommend them.
