I've given this bank a year to see how it would go. They were a grudging pick when I relocated and my previous bank didn't have a branch here. They are ABSOLUTELY a 1 on a comparison list with the 2 other banks I've ever had. They are constantly making careless mistakes with my account such as charging me twice for all the transactions that cleared on a certain date once, and they never caught it. I changed my address with them when I moved, in person at the bank, and they still sent my next statement to my old address and never changed my address on my account. Now, there's something else fishy going on that I haven't caught yet, but I have realized that the last statement that posted online was wrong, and that my history that pulls up is completely different from my statements!! And, now I'm missing a good chunck of money and having a really hard time tracking it down because there computer info has changed on me from what I used to balance my check book by. Fishy. Anyways, this is a warning to be on your best guard if you do sign up with this bank! You really have to double check them, EVERY MONTH.
