Respones to Ken L We have owned this store for 11 years and this is the first negative review we have received. Dr. K never called about his problem until he made a purchase some where else, if he had called use first we could have check with the manufacture about a warranty issue. I am not sure which futon mattress Dr. K purchase he did not provide me with a invoice number or the name of the futon mattress. I believe he has a queen size, we have 12 different queen size futon mattress start at $148. and go up to $598, given the opportunity we would have replace the futon mattress or in the past we have allowed for a up grade. Dr. K purchase one of the least expensive futon mattress at $178. if ask we would have recommended a premium futon mattress for ever day sleeping.
